Semi Gantry Cranes

Space-Efficient Lifting. Smart Design. Superior Performance.

At Lift Link Technologies Private Limited, we offer Semi Gantry Cranes that provide the perfect balance between full gantry cranes and overhead cranes. Designed for areas where a full gantry structure is not practical and overhead runway systems are partially available, our semi gantry cranes deliver powerful lifting performance with optimal space utilization.

Whether installed indoors or outdoors, these cranes are ideal for industrial yards, workshops, and warehouses requiring medium to heavy-duty material handling.

What is a Semi Gantry Crane?

A Semi Gantry Crane is a hybrid lifting solution that combines features of both gantry and EOT cranes. One end of the crane runs on a ground rail, while the other end is supported by an elevated runway or wall-mounted track. This setup saves space, reduces structural load, and offers greater flexibility in retrofit or space-constrained installations.

Key Features of Our Semi Gantry Cranes

  • Space-Saving Design: Only one side requires support columns or rails, reducing structural and civil costs.
  • Customizable Configurations: Built to match your exact load requirements, workspace layout, and headroom.
  • Heavy-Duty Capability: Capable of lifting up to 100+ tons depending on application.
  • Indoor & Outdoor Use: Suitable for semi-covered areas, machine shops, or open yards.
  • Smooth Operation: Equipped with precision wheels, drives, and hoists for effortless motion and control.
  • Multiple Control Options: Operated via pendant, remote, or operator cabin for safety and ease of use.
